Our Story
The journey of JobCast began with a simple observation: finding the right job or the right candidate in Pakistan was unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming.
JobCast was founded by a team of experienced professionals who understood the challenges of Pakistan's job market firsthand. Our founders, having navigated their own career journeys and hiring processes, recognized the need for a platform that would simplify and enhance the employment ecosystem.
The idea for JobCast emerged from conversations with hundreds of job seekers and employers across Pakistan.
